About the project “Establishment of the Panonika Regional Center of Competence”
The Panonika Regional Center of Competence project established a hub for vocational education and training in agriculture. It provided vocational education, including work-based learning, and enhanced the quality of education to meet economic needs.
The project modernized existing programs, created new standards for occupations and curricula, and organized specialized training and study trips for teaching staff. High-quality infrastructure and innovative teaching methods were key features. The project promoted vocational careers, improved teacher competencies, and fostered partnerships with stakeholders to support continuous development and alignment with labor market demands.
Our role
In this project, we provided the service of digitizing 37 adult education programs, ranging from informal and elective to formal education programs in the Agriculture and Food sector. Using our digital platform IZZI, we created 37 digital educational materials that are available to all interested parties in the IZZI repository under the category Regional Center of Competence Panonika. In addition to digital educational materials, we also recorded 18 short educational video lessons, each lasting 2-5 minutes, for various education programs.
