About the project “e-University”

e-University project aims to digitally transform higher education in Croatia by enhancing digital teaching infrastructure, introducing new digital tools, and strengthening educators’ digital skills for effective online teaching. This project will foster flexibility and innovation in education by developing organizational, managerial, and infrastructure capacities, aligning national and EU policies, and following the latest trends in digital technology. With funding from the DG REFORM’s Technical Support Instrument and collaboration with the OECD, the project provides key recommendations for enhancing digital readiness across Croatian universities. The project will invest in network and computing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and unified educational systems to track trends, support faculty training, and elevate digital maturity in higher education.

Our role

As the provider of educational content development, organization, and implementation of IT staff training at higher education institutions, our task is to create educational materials and organize and conduct training through two bootcamps for IT staff in higher education. The first bootcamp took place from September 25 to 27, 2024, in Rabac, and the second will be held in March 2025 in Zadar.

In addition to developing educational materials for the training, we will also produce 20 video resources for the education of IT staff. These videos will be published on CARNET’s Meduza video platform, while the educational content presented at the first bootcamp has been made available on Edutorij.
