About the project “Center for Modern Technologies and Education in Agriculture – Phase II”
Agricultural and Forestry School Vinkovci implemented a project to establish the Regional Center of Competence, which will contribute in the long term to aligning with labor market needs, enhancing the practical knowledge and skills of students, and ultimately improving employability in the agriculture (sub)sector.
The project systematically strengthened the professional and personal competencies of teachers for innovative work with students at the Regional Center of Competence. Modern laboratories were built, and the latest equipment, technology, and machinery were acquired for practical training. New and innovative education and adult education programs ensure that RCK participants remain competitive in the labor market.
Our role
In this project we provided services for the preparation, organization, and implementation of professional development for teachers. The training focused on enhancing didactic, methodological, pedagogical, interpersonal, entrepreneurial, and digital skills for teachers from three vocational high schools: the Agricultural and Forestry School in Vinkovci, the Secondary School in Ilok, and the Craft and Industrial School in Županja.
