Profil Klett invites early childhood and preschool educators, education professionals, parents, and caregivers to register their interest in free training on social and emotional learning (SEL) as part of the international Erasmus+ GrowWell project. The training is intended for adults who care for young children and want to gain new knowledge, practical tools, and modern approaches to support children’s well-being and social and emotional development.
The programme is designed to provide participants with practical, easy-to-use methods that can be applied in their everyday work with children as well as in the home environment. The training will cover topics such as emotional well-being, resilience, empathy, talking about emotions, and constructive conflict resolution.
Training for Early Childhood Educators and Education Professionals
Early childhood educators and other education professionals will have the opportunity to learn practical tools and creative approaches that they can apply in their work with children. The programme includes:
- stress management techniques and burnout prevention
- GrowWell animated videos and other materials for working with children
- creative activities that support social and emotional development
- outdoor activities
- workshops on creating your own educational materials using Canva and AI tools.
Training for Parents and Caregivers
The training for parents and caregivers focuses on simple and practical ways to support children in everyday situations. Participants will explore methods for:
- talking to children about emotions
- supporting children during challenging moments
- navigating difficult situations more effectively
- fostering social and emotional learning at home
- developing empathy and positive relationships.
Online and In-Person Training in Three Languages
During the upcoming school year, the training will be delivered both online and in person, and will be available in Croatian, Serbian, and English. The sessions will be accompanied by practical materials that participants can use in their work with children or in the home environment.
